Our vision is to create one organized place for your content and workflows. In line with this vision, we’re delighted to announce that HelloSign is changing its name to Dropbox Sign.
Along with this name change, all the HelloSign products are changing too: HelloSign is now Dropbox Sign, HelloSign API is now Dropbox Sign API, HelloWorks is now Dropbox Forms and HelloFax is now Dropbox Fax.
Dropbox Sign, Dropbox Forms, Dropbox Sign API, and Dropbox Fax are in a suite of Dropbox tools that can automate your work and extend your collaboration toolkit. We updated our products and names to reflect this identity and to offer you a wider range of capabilities to serve your customers quickly and securely.
What does this change mean for you?
Additional features in your Dropbox Sign account
Dropbox Sign Standard and Premium plans now include Dropbox Forms (50 transactions per month) at no extra charge, so you can collect customer information without sacrificing security. To learn more about Dropbox Forms and the differences in Forms and Sign settings and team permissions, visit this Help Center article.
Unlimited self-signing for free users
The Dropbox Sign free plan will now offer unlimited self-signing and three send-for-signature requests per month, so you can sign all your documents without limits.
Elevated user experience
We’re making some updates to our in-product experience. When you sign in to the Dropbox Sign web app, you’ll notice a redesigned home page and onboarding experience that will highlight features for improving your workflows even more.
These changes won’t affect or disrupt any of your existing tools and subscriptions. In fact, you don’t need to do a thing! All the existing features and functionality will work just as they always have. Sit back and we’ll take care of all the changes behind the scenes.
What’s not changing
Trust is the foundation of our relationship with you, and we will continue to protect your data with our robust security and compliance features. Read more about the Dropbox Sign policies.
Dropbox Sign will continue meeting people and teams where they work by integrating with key solutions that make agreement workflows more seamless. Partners like Greenhouse, Ironclad, and Freshworks (coming soon), are already leveraging Dropbox Sign’s best-in-class API to customize and integrate a native eSignature experience directly into their platforms.
